Easiest Method (No Terminal): In Finder, open
/Applications, right-click (or Control-click) on Whisperila.app, and click Open. In the dialog, click Open. macOS remembers this permanently and will never ask again.
Alternative: Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down to the Security section, and click Open Anyway next to "Whisperila was blocked from use".
